Method of Preparation:
preheat oven to broil
Clean Mushrooms slicing stem from the cap, mincing that stem and setting aside the cap
in large sauté pan, put in 1/4 butter and over medium heat toss in and cook shallots tender
then toss in parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and marjoram and pistachios mixing to well combined and remove from heat setting aside.
arrange mushrooms on baking sheet spooning in mixture to the stem side
drizzle remaining 3 tablespoons of melted butter over tops of mushrooms
broil five minutes or until brown and enjoy.
